Privacy & analytics choices.

Project enquiries

When you press "Send enquiry", your name, reply email, optional company or website, selected service, project description and the page path are sent to BarverTech and stored in a private database on the site's hosting platform (OpenAI Sites / Cloudflare). Robert uses these details to respond and discuss the proposed work. The enquiries list is restricted to the site owner's signed-in account. The form does not require a Google account and does not send your enquiry to Google Forms.

To prevent spam, the server uses a short-lived keyed hash of the network address to limit submission attempts. The raw address is not stored in the enquiry database. These rate-limit records cover the current and previous hour and are cleared during subsequent submissions. The hosting provider may independently process request logs to deliver and secure the service.

Project enquiries remain in the private enquiries list while needed to discuss the proposed work. Contact Robert to request access, correction or deletion of your correspondence. Please do not include credentials or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry. The copy button only copies your brief to the browser clipboard; it does not submit it. Direct email remains an alternative.

Optional Google Analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics”, this site loads Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, traffic sources, devices, approximate geography and actions such as a confirmed form submission or clicking a service link. Google processes technical and usage information, including IP information needed to derive approximate location, under its service terms. Analytics may use _ga cookies and related identifiers. The Google tag is not loaded before your choice or after “Essential only”. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in this site's configuration.

Our custom events do not send the text of your brief or your email address. Page URLs are supplied without their query strings; selected campaign tags use restricted characters. A lead event is sent only after the server confirms that an enquiry was saved; clicks and copied briefs are not treated as leads. Analytics measures only visitors who allow it, so it does not represent every visit.

Your analytics choice is saved in browser local storage. Use “Analytics choices” in the footer to change it. Withdrawing consent disables future analytics on this site and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not automatically delete data already processed by Google. Hosting

The hosting provider may process technical request information required to deliver and secure the site. No advertising pixels, session recordings or third-party chat widgets are installed by BarverTech.
